I have been searching for this windows font all over the web and have not found it.
File would be found C:WindowsFontsFrugalSans-Regular (TrueType)
filename is frugalsans-regular.TIF
For years I have been using a template to get by with. Updated software does use it as a model to work from.
Started using it when I began using a computer and starting with Windows98 it was left out and I can not find my earlier versions install media.
Would anyone out there possibly have it in their library and be willing to share?
😀
Are you sure the file name isn't 'frugalsans-regular.TTF ?
I looked thru my archives, didn't find it.

Try http://ttfonts.net/font/16995_FrugalSans.htm . Maybe I got lucky on my search, didn't have the font on my computer.
Appreciate your effort.
Found that site the other day.
Requires the install of a downloader executable file and agree for their toolbar to be installed and to allow them to send offers to download future software.
The thought of that scares the %#!! out of me.
Wanted to see if anyone had FrugalSans before I go that route.

Let us know how it works out. That's a good looking font. I might like to adopt it myself.

I downloaded the font from the link provided without any downloader pop-ups at all. Pick on the download font link and it saves the TTF directly to your system download files. Pick on the downloaded TTF and it displays the font loader. Select install.
You're right. Nice font.
JBS
Thanks everyone
Finally, the font I was looking for.
It is a simple no nonsense font that I find easy to read.
Got swept up in the download haze that is common these days when web pages are filled with mostly the misleading information to temp user into downloading info not wanted or needed.
That font page connected to the other style options for italic and bold.
B-)
