A couple of my friends and I have been discussing a road trip to Tennessee just to sample the more better rated BBQ's - particularly the ones that offer dry rub ribs, but not always. Nothing but ribs. Take 4 or 5 days, traverse the state and eat ribs. Ribs for breakfast, lunch and dinner. lol!
If only we can get the ladies to agree with our plan. One small obstacle...
