No kidding... wow!!! :-O I did not get to watch it all the way through, but I will later on.

You ever see the documentary called "King Corn"? That one as well, is a BIG time eye opener.

Pretty good documentary. Mom beat breast cancer, with a similar philosophy.
I recomend cutting ALL animal fat from your diet, and that alone will do wonders. Just you try it, and you will see it is not always easy... they add fat to most ground burger etc. So, it means no burgers, to cut all the fat.

The Bible even says not to eat fat, (animal fat) and blood, all your days.

Good advice.

Nate, how do you deal with your roadkill stew? Or are you referring to "added" animal fat as opposed to what the animal naturally has in its system?

Deer are naturally very lean.... not hard to avoid the fat there.

I still trim all the fat off, what little there is.
