I am sure they should clean them up, and sell them to some pet lover, (for a little more money!)

Dad had a pet Toucan in SA that was hanging around as he was taking apart and cleaning a part off his motorcycle, when the bird snatched a small but important part and held it in his long beak for a moment before tipping his head up and swallowing it whole. He had a bird cage, so he put the toucan in time out and waited a day to finish the repair.
