If you get into a bad area of chiggers and get tore up the best way to stop the itch almost immediately is to slather on copies amounts of hemorrhoid cream.
It may sound odd but it works well and fast.?ÿ

A few years ago I got in an area that had a overpopulation of those starving little red bugs and I must of had hundreds of bites all over my legs and was desparate for relief and I had an epiphany so I stopped at CVS and got some. After I showered I began slathering in on quite generously and it was near immediate relief.?ÿ

If you only have a few redbug or mosquito bites take a lit cigarette, or joint depending on your lifestyle, and touch it just enough to feel a slight burning and boom the itch is gone. Learned that trick at least 50 years ago. ?????ÿ

Wet tobacco on a Wasp or Yellow Jacket sting helps.
That sounds worthy of trying next time it happens to me Nate. Certainly safer than a KGB-inspired cigarette remedy...
You can also use lidocaine gel. Cheap, multipurpose and handy for any number of minor irritations.
Or; you can live in an area that doesn't have such a thing.
