Interesting story about three Caltrans workers abusing their positions of trust. Too bad they were surveyors.
Both John Amsler (PLS 5646) and Ricky Camp (PLS 7145) are Professional Land Surveyors.

I know they are, "innocent until proven guilty", but this looks bad.

The 2hr lunch with martinis life went out in the 60's and by the end of the 70's the buy one get the second pitcher for free was on it's way out.
In today's workplace there is no room for any such abuse to exist.
It is one thing to enjoy a drink. When you do it at work then you really don't want to be working.
