That is too painful to watch. Regardless of the cause, DUI, dementia, whatever, she needs to be taken off the road.

Can't help but wonder if she was Chinese. Talked with a driving instructor one time about what a difficult time he'd had teaching some Chinese to drive. They'd apparently only ridden bicycles and kept leaning when they wanted to turn rather than use the steering wheel.

Sadly...I have seen worse...just no video.
I wish that I had video capabilities when I was working in the field in Northern Alberta. Then I would have proof that my survey stories are true.
