My mouser broke her tooth and it may be getting infected after a year. The vet gave me an estimate for $1700 to pull the tooth.
I could have all my bottom teeth pulled for that much.
Anyone have a cat tooth pulled lately and what did it cost?
Thanks
i have four canine teeth, no cat teeth fortunately. my insurance doesn't cover them
Due to diabetis, I had 26 pulled at one time and it did not cost me that much, but then I do not have claws and a rakehell attitude. :-X

sounds like some vet is behind on his boat payments.
make her a strong dish of whole milk and vodka. wait 1/2 hour and have at her with the pliers. be sure to have video rolling!

snoop, I must complement you on your new Avatar - "the original good ol boy"
On that cat problem, I agree - a visit to the farm supply, a trusted brave friend to hold the cat, the right pliers and alot of nerve will solve the problem and be less costly.

Cats are cheaper to replace, than to fix. What's your address?

There's no doubt Nate and my inlaws have a farm with quite a few just waiting for a nice house to live in.
Vet must be nuts, I think it was a typo and she added another zero.

OMG _ ROFL!!! One of the funniest things I've ever heard. I was going to suggest a gunny sack, but thought that be offensive...
YES, not that high
I am in South Carolina.
I have a Vet Dentist that did my cats teeth and charged $950 for the xrays and the dental work. Go to a Vet Dentist that has an Xray... if one tooth rots and gets infected it can rot others, the xrays will let you know how many need to go. If the teeth are infected then you need to get the animal on antibiotics and he needs surgery for sure.
