Guy "claims" he killed a Bigfoot yesterday near San Antonio. The pictures they show of its face are interesting, but not convincing.
Why would anyone shoot a bigfoot if one was found. Says he is going to take it on tour.
Isn't there a law for against creating a false story and profiting for it.
This is in the same realm as the UFO autopsy thing back in the 90's.

It reminded me of paying a quarter to see the Abominable Snowman at the State Fair of Texas in the 1960s.

This story also reminded me of the Jeff Foxworthy story about attending a State Fair. While there he spotted what had to be the hairiest man he had ever seen. Then he realized it was "A WOMAN!". That's when he noticed that she had children with her. "OMG, someone sleeps with THAT WOMAN!" Then he recognizes her and says: "Aunt Betty?"

Probably just some poor hippy in the wrong place at the wrong time. I mean, it is Texas.
The guy is on video bragging about how much money he made on the last hoax.
I Google'd his name. It looks like there is an online bigfoot community. I think he is kind of a troll in a sense that gets his kicks riling up other people and finally found a way to make money off of doing so.
I can't believe that story made the Drudge with no mention of the past hoaxes and the profit he made from them.
He has set up a club of sorts that you have to pay to be a member of. All members have to sign some sort of legal document swearing not to discuss what they see, then they are allowed to see the fake bigfoot. This guys is having the last laugh and walking to the bank.
