Pretty sure that frazzle-haired bearded guy with the multi colored do-rag that passed me today about 5 pm in front of the mall on Hwy 60 in Paducah on a black Harley with double flags was our elusive Deral.
Wish I had snapped a picture.

Yep. The time and place sounds right. Just getting off work and cruising downtown for a Thursday night concert.
