When I lived close to Lake Michigan many years ago it would commonly not vary 5 degrees over a two to three week period in Winter. It didn't get super cold, but, it sure didn't do a daily warm up either.

It is 29F with a light dusting of snow. The roads are clear and the snow will be gone this afternoon.
I just put a nice meaty ham bone, green beans, white liquor peas, and diced tomatoes in the crock pot for supper. MMMMMM it's gonna be good. Especially when I make corn bread to go with it.
