Sorry about that. Something about this laptop, our router and the internet service not performing as expected. NOT an operator error.

Spent about 45 minutes today on the telephone with the Internet Help Desk with our provider (telephone company). Turned out the problem was on their end. Finally had proper service starting about 2:00 p.m. It is REALLY HARD to not be nasty in such situations.
