Interviewed a guy a while back for an position to manage the survey department in one of our offices. When I asked him why he left his last position he said he was fed up with his boss telling him what to do.?ÿ Thinking to myself "maybe middle management isn't the positions you should be interviewing for".?ÿ ?ÿ ?ÿ?ÿ
