What are the going rates for clerical and a cadd operators?

Judging by the size of my pay check, I would say "next to nothing". :-$
Actually, a CAD Tech and a Survey Tech are both billed out at around $80/hr. PLS is higher, naturally. Secretaries, etc. are deemed "overhead".

I bill out clerical at $60 an hour, it's really me doing the work but makes it look fancier to the clients and I can't justify charging PS rates for going to the post office or burning a dvd.
