Anybody know how North Carolina treats water boundaryƒ??s on rivers (non-tidal), reservoirs, streams (navigable) with some citations? Trying to do some research.

Saw your post while avoiding the post-vacation pile... I mean catching up on missed emails. ??ÿ

I book-marked that link when doing research a while back. Haven't dug into the cases the opinion stands on because I don't get many non-tidal situations but, thought it might be helpful.

Search for the thread "New Definition of Navigable Water"

NC v Alcoa Power Generating, Inc. just upended the traditional metric used for determining navigability.

Email Gary Thompson of NCGS and I am sure that he will be happy to provide you with their PowerPoint of the recent changes. His email is here:

Beware of any texts published prior to 2018 that deal with navigable water boundaries.?ÿ?ÿ
