Anybody know how North Carolina treats water boundary??s on rivers (non-tidal), reservoirs, streams (navigable) with some citations? Trying to do some research.

I book-marked that link when doing research a while back. Haven't dug into the cases the opinion stands on because I don't get many non-tidal situations but, thought it might be helpful.
