Derek,
I've been following this one from the beginning. It is similar to Banks v. Chicago Mill & Lumber Co. You can't claim what doesn't exist.

Dan and Derek,
Both cases are worth reading and saving. Anderson Tully has been involved in many riparian cases. I like the Banks v Chicago Mill case you referenced for the discussion of the processes of accretion and avulsion. Brings back memories of the Laughlin classes and discussions with Jim Simpson.
