Plaintiff Exhibit "A" v. Defense Exhibit "B"
I can see no general situtation where I would want to include the other's plan on my title block sheet.
What I forsee is a copy of their exhibit marked up with my opinions and given a separate exhibit number.
There is however a special situation, were I to be the appointed court surveyor to evaluate two conflicting plans.
