I survey because:
I love math especially trig
I'd rather be outside any day
I get to use maps
I get to use computers, total stations & GPS equipment
I get to work with my husband
I get to drive around in the woods in a 4x4 or ATV
I get to wear boots rather than high heels
I get to hang around other surveyors and drink beer.
I don't practice law because:
I wouldn't get to do any of the items previously listed
And I'd have to work with attorneys.
