    I have a survey of a property with the following numbers at an iron pin set (property boundary):

    N 512745.7665 and E 1350567.4144

    What do they mean or how are they converted?

    Those are State Plane Coordinates, or possibly modified SPC.   To convert them you have to specify the state and zone within the state.

    The possible modification makes it tricky.  When you flatten out the earth onto a plane to make the map, things get stretched or compressed by a factor that is a little more or less than 1.0, and the elevation also affects this factor.  Sometimes the SPC get scaled by those factors to make the distances match ground measurements, so it is risky to use the coordinates without some check or the full details on how they were modified (if any).

    Where did you find those numbers?

    Deed?

    Plat?

    If you post the source document, we may be able to help you more.

    @bill93
    The SPC was where I needed to go. With state and zone info, I used Earth Point to convert to Lat and Long. Thank you.

    N=North

    E=East

    The origin point is unknown to anyone here.
