Looking for Leica TS 03 or 05

I'm looking to buy used Leica total stations. My budget
doesn't allow for new ones, so l'm specifically interested in
pre-owned units in working condition.

Here are the models I'm looking for

Leica FlexLine TS03 5" or TS03 3"

Leica FlexLine TS05 5" or TS05 3"

Leica FlexLine TS07 5" or TS07 3"

I'm open to buying 3 TS in total.
