Max $20/hr for a PLS?

I'd have to guess that they are targeting newly licensed surveyors below a certain age.

"Chief Party Surveyor" ? What is that?
It doesn't mention being a PLS that I saw.
I wonder if they mean "Survey Party Chief".
If so $20/hr might not be out of line for the area.
I don't know.

ditto.....plus it said " Must have experience running survey parties (small or large)"

I would think that it is the same as what I would call "Chief of parties". I wonder (hope) they put the pay range down wrong, like the pay range for a different position.

If I were out of work and trying to make rent, I would work for that pay, but probably not as a stamping PLS.

Might be a bit presumptuous to figure you're coming in on the top end of the scale 😛 :
Compensation: $14 to $20 per hour

Makes you wonder what the rodmen make?

They have had to have made a mistake. I work for an OH company and that is mid to high end crew chief wage (non-licensee). An LSIT would normally make more than that around here.

You are down next to KainTuck. This is up in the NE Corner. Different circumstances. But this bunch may just be cheap (pay scale wise).
