Max $20/hr for a PLS?
We pay more than that in Mississippi for heaven's sake !! AND they want the applicant to do CAD work too? That's absurd!! I just do the CAD part and get a better pay check than that!! Someone has lost his/her mind!!

No they charge the hiring company a fee. Somewhere in the fine print you will read about the not taking a job part.

Chief of parties is typically in charge of all field crews. Most often an office position with the duties of preparing each field crews daily assignments. I've worked with several, and only one was non licensed. He had his license with in a year of promotion to that position.
