Scott, Quoting Me Out Of Context?

you'll remember that they migrated the ENTIRE ROSTER from RPLS.COM when they went live with new site. that was every login in RPLS.COM's history...and about 28500 personas.

[sarcasm]so at 30000, that means they've had about 1500 attempts by people who couldn't remember their log in and had to build new profiles. poor bugger's probably got logged in, got lost in the maze, and will never be heard from again---- could be a plot for an episode of DR. WHO. [/sarcasm]

Resonal Question (Maybe) For Wendell

Paul, remember, their magazine used to be 10 times as thick too. :-$

"surveyor" No Capital "S"

I expanded that in my Wendell question "surveyors or in the industry".

I never intended to limit it to registered surveyors.

I wouldn't worry about what gets posted there. There are only about 10 people who read it.

That infamous snapshot aside, and also aside that I, myself, have never perceived any redeeming social value to the man, he is a friend of Radar's and that, to me, means something.

It means that I'm missing something essential that is good. Radar sees it, but I don't. It means that Radar is a better judge than I am or, at least, more perceptive and accepting.

In any case, and I've said it before, if Radar likes him, so should we all because Radar is right, as he usually is.

Just a thought, knowing that I've given many people good reason to dislike me.

Oh crap, I hit submit instead of preview, sorry, I probably wouldn't have actually posted this

Freudian Slip?

😉

> Oh crap, I hit submit instead of preview, sorry, I probably wouldn't have actually posted this

You can always go back and hit the delete button, I do that a lot.....B-)

I try not to judge people Don; I tend to take them for what they are worth, good or bad. Good or Bad traits in a person are best jugded by something much greater than you or I.

As for Michael Binge, he's the kind of guy that yould give you the shirt off his back; I've seen him do it. He does like to push your buttons, but he does it for you, not him. He might come off as crass, obtuse, maybe even a little philistine; but he makes you think. I try to learn something from everyone I encounter; If I ask Mike a question he's not going to give me an answer, he's going to give me a resource from which I can learn it on my own.

My tolerance level is set way too high, much higher than anyone I've met, well, except for maybe Mike. Mike is going to stand up to anything, anybody throws at him; I assume he expects the same.

Well that accounts/for at least 200 of the registered users right there...

I have never understood trolling. Why? What is the pleasure in lying to get a response? Are people really that bored?
