it's weird- i have to log in to get a sort of current version. but that's still not right, as it will show, say 8 posts in a thread but when i hit "last post" it doesn't take me to the latest one, but to the one from the cached version.
i don't know anything about this stuff, just enough to barely be able to describe it (i hope).
Wendell's most common advice when there is a problem is "clear your browser cache."

I've added a little routine that attempts to force a reload of new styles and scripts on user browsers, to help with the caching issue. It works for most but doesn't always work. Every computer is different plus I don't want to be intrusive. It adds a little bit of load time to the site for everyone, but shouldn't be too bad. I'll turn it off in a week or so.
It's at least 3x faster in FL. Thanks for your continuing efforts. ????
