The firm I work for has a need for some sub-contract work in the San Francisco area. Basically it is for roof top surveys (utilizing a RTK GPS system)of some big box stores for engineering design for solar panel installation. The road trip of 3k miles or so would be a bit much for me. If you are interested, send me an e mail and I'll explain particulars.

There are licensing issues to consider as well. The work as described is considered land surveying in California, and must be performed by or under the supervision of a CA licensed land surveyor or licensed engineer.
Wouldn't expect anything less. Not just looking for field crew as I'm not licensed in CA. It would all be done by a licensed CA Land Surveyor.
