EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE
We are seeking a Fulltime temporary Project Surveyor to work out of our 2 offices in Alamosa and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Must be willing to travel between the 2 locations. Drive time is approximately 2 hours and some overnight stays may be required.
Surveys are boundaries, topos, subdivisions, ALTA’s and Elevation Certificates in mountainous terrain with some construction staking.
We prefer a team player and ability to perform professional work.
We are an employee owned team oriented civil engineering and land surveying company established in 1948 and if the work load continues to grow or remain stable, the position could turn permanent.
AutoCad with Carlson experience preferred as well as GIS experience.
LSI’s and PLS’s preferred, but we will consider others with the passion to land survey and pursuing professional licensure.
Pay is competitive and dependent upon experience and professional status. This is an hourly position.

Next month it goes to a full week.

Humans should pack enough to last for two weeks.B-)

Well...often the tomcat is the owl's lunch....in which case neither had to pack as much.

Seems to be getting really busy in this area... Kind of unusual, since usually it slows down as we approach winter.

But we've hired on 6 new people this year, the last one about a month ago, and seem to just be picking up more and more work. We're more in the Colorado Springs - Pueblo - La Junta region, though, and try not to get out to Alamosa or the West Slope, as much as possible (although we've also done jobs as far out as Montrose, and have an active job in Brush).
