Stevens & Associates, Inc. is a well-established professional Land Surveying firm seeking a?ÿLicensed Land Surveyor (PLS and/or LSIT)?ÿinterested in working as a Project Surveyor.?ÿ This position may be tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for research, field, and office work.
- Work closely with the Principle Land Surveyor responsible for the work.
- Work produced by L.A. Stevens & Associates, Inc. includes simple & complex boundaries, land title surveys (ALTA), topographic mapping, least squares, adjustments, monitoring, forensic, GPS, Elevation Certificates, map preparation, legal descriptions, and construction staking.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift loads of 40+ pounds and be able to work in and around poison oak.
- Will be operating one of our company vehicles and must have a clean driving record as reported by the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State in which the applicant??s driver??s license is issued.
Individuals working with us enjoy being a professional team member while having the opportunity to work on projects independently.
Must demonstrate skill in the following areas:
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- MS Office Suite.
- Written and Verbal Communication.
