If you don't know already know about it, look into th E-3 visa program:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-3_visa

I'm at my limit, I already have one Aussie working for me. I have to admit it does sound better in his accent than mine when he calls one of our clients a wanker 😉

Ok, you have the green machine... I have a T2, and an LS. But, you have the UAS... I did not realize they were available yet.... Does it use a T2 in it?

Kent has been hostile to all RTK, for a number of reasons... one of which is he has them all lumped together. Also, he wants full statistical RMS on all things... Which is not too hard, with PPK.

Anyway, what kind of work do you like to do?

Nate

I have 2 LS's loving every minute using them! I dont have the JAVAD UAV... I have one that I have built and developed for photogrammetric surveys and inspections. Because I work primarily in mining we have found it very useful for checking crushing circuits while the crusher is operational.

Im getting very caught up in the UAV scene at the moment especially with LiDAR... have been developing my own LiDAR system that can easily be retro fitted to any UAV 500mm and up. Looking at getting the prototype made, proved in the field, then marketed. Slow going but getting there!

Thanks for the reply

Thanks for all the positive reply's guys its very much appreciated, have sent my Resume (CV) off to a few places and I thank those people for their time (if lurking around on here!)

I have approximately 12 months left working in the mining industry here in Australia so I would like the opportunity to make some new friends in the surveying world here and hopefully turn that into some work in the USA possibly towards the end of next year.
