I made a job offer to an unlicensed?ÿ?ÿ"field hand" at the midpoint of that PLS salary range last week.?ÿ His current employer countered with a salary above that range and a $15,000 "retention bonus".?ÿ

It is encouraging to read that salaries are rising, now I hope some of the survey companies in my area raise their prices but I think I would grow wings before that would happen.
