It's an existing recent reclamation, sand dredged out from the lagoon in the background and the rockwall to protect it. At this location, which is the center of town, the original land above sea level (1.5m above high tide) is 350m wide, and the reclamation adds another 120m width (but no extra height). Topo survey for upcoming civil work.

Looks like it will need a rather small contour interval if you are going to have multiple lines on the map.

Indeed. Modeling it as we speak, at 50mm (2") intervals.

FWIW, I can confirm that if you RTK around the approximate footprint of a transformer like this, all comms (BT Rover-DC, UHF Base to Rover) will be temporarily lost.
