I am looking for drivers for the Topcon GR3 GNSS receiver and a source for Topcon Tools.
I use a set of GR3's at a Community College to teach a surveying lab, they are older but pretty nice unites for my needs.
Our IT department "gave" us a new computer last year even after being told don't touch our stuff.?ÿ With the removal of the old computer went all of our legacy software that no one has the paperwork for. I have lost my copy of Topcon Tools along with the drivers for the GR3's .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By drivers, do you mean that you are looking for the latest version of the firmware for those receivers?
Topcon has replaced Topcon Tools with Magnet Tools, which I find to be very similar.?ÿ We are long past the time when they would view this as a maintenance upgrade to go to Magnet Tools.
If you have not updated the firmware on your GR-3 units, they will not track GLONASS while doing RTK.?ÿ And static files will have an incorrect Julian date.?ÿ I can supply the firmware or you can get it yourself from https://www.topconpositioning.com/na/support which will require you to register on their site.?ÿ There is a tab at the top of the home screen on their site that references the GPS Week Rollover.?ÿ You will be able to get the latest firmware there, as well as Topcon Receiver Utility software that you will need in order to load the firmware.?ÿ
Thanks Jerry I will pursue the solution you suggested. I guess the school will have to invest in a copy of the Magnet software, probably a very good thing to do at this point in time.
