It is always amusing to me that people admit their ignorance in the subject (which is the first step to getting help), but then think they know enough to know what information is critical and what can be left out. They are almost always wrong.
The concern about privacy is also amusing to me. We deal in public records all the time, and the key word is PUBLIC. If land tenure had privacy, then it would be pretty useless.
If questioner wants to shield the true ownership, that may be possible, depending on local laws and shell corporations, ect, but the affected neighbors already know who lives there. These things often end up in court, which is usually very public. I often wonder if people think thieves lurk in the shadows of RPLS thinking that people with boundary issues are prime targets for ripping off someone, especially someone that they know nothing about and balks at spending a $1500 to defend their property...perhaps they are waiting right now in their shack in Florida, ready to drive a high speed to whatever location reveals it self as having a person living there?
And I still cannot put posts in the right place.
