Seeking clarification on the topic of site license/facility license/certificate of authorization.
Georgia requires our firm to have a facilty license (Unless you work out of your home and use the same address for your professional license and business).
Alabama requires a certificate of authorization.
Does Tennessee require anything like this?

Agreed. Tennessee has no COA requirements.
