The Recorder of Maricopa County has a web site that allows one to search by plat book and page, registrant's number, etc. Here is the link to the "Map" tab. https://recorder.maricopa.gov/recdocdata/#tabs=3
All plats are watermarked "unofficial document" with various "governmental authorities" such as Maricopa County, Pinal County, Town of Wittman, etc. Here is the results page after searching on the registrant's number 34178 and selecting all sections, townships and ranges within the county. Below is the search page for anyone interested in the table containing all 21 plats.
I categorized the plats based on the plat's "content". Fifteen plats have the infamous statement about the superiority of structural engineers. Some plats have the statement in the Engineers Certification, others have it as text near his seal. The original link by Chuck Gardiner was https://156.42.40.50/PlatPdf/800SURVEY2401.pdf where 800 is the Book number and 24 is the Page number. The PDF file that Ryan is interested in seeing is the first one (note the 800 and 241 indicating the plat book and page. I didn't upload it because it is over 5 MB. Most of the certifications include a statement that the plat is incidental to new building/home construction.

This minor land division & boundary survey is being recorded to correct errors made (not necessarily by XYZ-Land Surveyors and certifying engineer) on the following three documents, and to replace each and all of them as the final minor land division & boundary survey for the property reflected hereon.
The next two plats include the engineer's rationale for why he is authorized to conduct certain types of land surveys.

5. Arizona law requires registered surveyors to notify surrounding property owners that an official land survey is being conducted on the property abutting theirs-- This company displays a sign containing such information on the property being surveyed during the survey.

FYI, apparently Helmuth ran for office twice, as a write-in candidate for Congress in the 2012 Republican primary and for AZ House of Representatives in 2012 general election as a write-in with Libertarian affiliation. He withdrew from the Congressional election in 2014, having garnered 18 votes and 4 votes, respectively, in 2012
He got away with it far longer than he should have...
I don't know, he's pretty good...all his found monuments are in their exact location and the respective lines are parallel too.
I've been surveying 45 years and still can't find pins that well. 😉
