State of Florida de-certification for Land Surveyors

As I understand it, the federal surveyor license a.) only has limited applicability in the first place and b.) is pegged to an underlying requirement of having a state license.

With the state license dying, that means federal surveying requirements will be unfulfillable and meaningless in Florida.
