We recently purchased 3 new Ranger 7 data collectors with Windows 10 Pro.
They are running Survey Pro version 6.8.1.7
Two systems run without issues but one has an annoyance.?ÿ When we start Survey Pro, splash screen shows software version, Microsoft wheel spins and then a windows shows
"Please Wait...
Checking Warranty Status..."
This is displayed for 20 seconds and then the software is ready to open a job.
Has anyone else dealt with this aggravating delay??ÿ Know of a way to stop it?

I have been using surveying software and computers since the mid-80's so I realize 20 seconds is not much time - but it seems so unnecessary.
