Does SC have a right of entry statute?

Any elevation datums specific to SC?

Thanks all.

It's been 2 decades so you probably should check with their board. But, we were never instructed to request entry and never really had any issue save the typical (dogs at al).

On vertical, I recall you have to be careful around SCE&G lakes. Similar to other authorities, they claim ownership to an elevation. Don't recall any special datum; be sure to check.

In general, we were using 29 and 88 in the "midlands".

You didn't mention feet. They're international.

That's all I've got.

I did quite a bit of work in SC in 2016. International feet for unit of measure. They have a state wide RTN for a fee. It is somewhat reliable. Seems like they were always having trouble with it when I needed it the most.

And here you go ......

34 of our 52 SC RTN Network stations located at SCDOT sites are currently not connected to our servers. With this loss of data, the network is technically down. The SCDOT and our IT Departments are aware of the problem and are currently working to fix the problem. We do not, at this time, know when the network will be back on line. We will send notification out when it is back online.
