@olemanriver Yeah.?ÿ The 3/4 and 1 tons seem to still be reasonably available w/ 8' bed.?ÿ And it's possible that the 1/2 tons still are on dealer lots as an 8' configuration.?ÿ I just never see them.
I like a mid-size to work out of as I can then reach the entire bed easily.?ÿ Every once in a while, I'll see a Nissan crew cab mid-size with a 6' bed (as compared to the standard 5.5' on the crew cabs).
It just seems that the bed of the truck is becoming less of an important point to a lot of buyers.?ÿ In which case, I wish those folks would stick with an SUV so that truck prices and available configurations would remain at least slightly truck like.
