I received the new robot (Focus 10) this week along with the power rod (prism pole with built in battery). The point is the Seco Titanium replacement point. My experience in the past 8-10 years ago with replacement points is they seem to like to break and leave the threaded stem in the upper half. Therefore, I've always used the solid steel point on my rods. Anyone out there using this new titanium point on their rod that would like to comment on how their holding up?
I've added the compass, data collector clamp, and extra level vial to the new rod. I'm debating on whether to go ahead and replace the point before I start using this new set up next week.
Also, my Trimble 5603 will be for sale soon. I had the four brick batteries re-celled last month at Coastal Instruments in Florida ($76.50 a piece was the best price I've found). I am going to send the 5603 to Keystone Instruments in Allentown, PA, next week to have it cleaned, calibrated, and internal battery replaced. The Ranger 500 that came with the Focus 10 will be here on Monday. I'm running a Nomad (faster), so the Ranger (new in the box) will be sold with the 5603. Everything should be in A-1 shape and ready to go to work for someone. They'll just need a data collector clamp/bracket and cable.

Whats the difference between a Trimble 5600 and Focus 10?
About 10 years and the color. I got a good deal on this new robot with warranty.
These came on my 2 meter GPS poles, plumb bob point style replacement similar to SECO 5194-00 part.
I put the SECO easy-to-replace Titanium points on my tripods. They really dig in.

That's a good name for a robot...
