So the Secretary of State, presumed a non-surveyor, is making a boundary decision ?
Seems curious ?

The Secretary of State in Georgia also has the Title of Surveyor General. Seems like we learned nothing from the Yazoo Land Fraud. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yazoo_land_scandal
