If i'm reading this correctly, between your two posts showing boundary surveys, there are three separate boundary surveys of your neighbor's property showing inconsistencies from roughly a few tenths to roughly six feet ?

Thing I don't understand my neighbor survey corner is #4513. Which is on one side of the alley.. But my surveyor have me that corner as mine. Obviously there is an error. Because a survey done in 2003 showed that my neighbor corner is #4513 (SCIR). And on my lot that corner at that time there was no it or anything placed at that corner.
