no, a 10' wide drainage easement crosses my backyard.?ÿ It serves a vacant lot; there is no pipe.?ÿ The Civil Engineer that they hired topo'd my backyard for design purposes.?ÿ He called me and asked for access, I ssaid sure come on over, topo away.

Bernsten brass plugs, they are easy to drill and set. I use these instead of the standard carved X in my area because i am marking state hwy ROW. The X only means something to surveyors, the customizable brass plugs are stamped with my desired text.?ÿ

If carving Xs is your thing, one of the local guys around here starting carrying a cordless grinder with a thin masonry cutting wheel, they just carve their X real quick and real concise.?ÿ
