Does anybody know how to change the processed points table in GNSS Solutions from "ellipsoid" height to "ortho" height?

Just select a GEOID under 'Project (main top menu): Edit Settings: '...' (dot dot dot button to the right of the Spatial Reference System): then set the Vertical Datum to a GEOID.
You should use G12 which you can install with this [ nifty link ].
