I am trying to figure out how a PM can be both on-call and responsible for training their people, without any guaranteed hours. ?????ÿ
Don't get too skeptical.?ÿ Seven years ago I was approached by a small Engineering firm who had heard of my reputation from a former client of mine.?ÿ It took me three months to negotiate a deal on my terms and the rest is history.?ÿ I have five field crews, three people on my admin staff, four survey drafters, an LS assist and and two survey techs.?ÿ It turned out to be a super sweet gig, excellent compensation, and they treat me like family.?ÿ I've never had a minute of regret.?ÿ
