Looks like tax parcel no. 30-07-0021.
My deed sketch looks like Bow Tie's. There is probably a quadrant typo in the 2nd and 4th courses.

Also considering our local weather you may not get another "on the ground survey" until March/April.

Paul,
Do you guys record surveys in PA?
Schuylkill County, Who Holds Your Mineral Rights?
I'm not sure who holds the mineral rights, I know its not me
I have no idea if surveys are recorded
If I had a question about the SW corner of that parcel, I would probably go looking for your neighbors SW corner to see how his back line distance matched up with his deed. Also, did you say your surveyor set a 4th corner monument at your SE corner? I would have tried to avoid doing that if at all possible. I would have tried to find a solution that held at least one of them.

At this point I'm unwilling to spend that much money again to do another survey.
Record Surveys In PA
The Commonwealth Archive should have a copy of the initial Warrant/Patent survey. This smaller parcel probably came from a parcel about ten times it's size.
For an initial subdivision for this lot it was possible a sketch of the survey was actually scribed on a deed page. It is also possible that a white on blue copy was attached to a deed page. I find about 1 in 10 still in place. You can tell it was there by the glue marks on the page. If the map came loose some caring person may have slid it in the pocket in the front or back inside cover. More often than not it was removed to adorn someone's survey file, wall or to be sold on ebay.
A RR taking almost always included a sketch. Even though not a survey of the whole lot, sufficient information can be had from them for reasonable placement.
Following that early opportunity, finding a survey on record is doubtful.
Separation of mineral rights information may lead one to mining company surveys.

A new pin was placed in the SE corner; there are now a total of 4 pins in that corner.
There is a 1" galvanized pipe (this is the pin that matches the SW pin), there is an iron rebar pin and a wooden stake. The iron rebar and wooden stake are about 2 feet apart (maybe closer, I’d have to go look again).
I would have to go measure it to be exact, but it appears to increase the length of my property by 15' and moved it 5 to 7' closer to the field (basically increasing the width)

The wooden stake came from the neighbor on the eastern side of the property survey. He had his farm surveyed for some conservation program; my surveyor told me that he wouldn’t put any faith in a conservation survey, basically saying they are not very accurate

I can't say I blame you on that.
Did you get an actual map of the survey? It seems like your surveyor said the right things and did the actual work, but at least in Florida, you have to provide an actual map of the survey.
Have you heard back from the surveyor yet with answers to your questions?
