I would take $67k anytime working 40-50hrs a week!
I am in the DC Metro that has one of the highest costs per living in the country, only make $23/hr, CST III, over 12 yrs experience, and a few exams away from my PLS.
However, the wage rates you posted are AT LEAST $10/hr more than our area...if there is plenty of employment available in your area, I don't see the harm in investigating further.
