I see posts below about people complaining about equipment/firmware.?ÿ It seems to me that some of the equipment producers/software providers would sometimes make me feel like I was the only person in the universe with the problem I was reporting.?ÿ Surely, all new products have their glitches, many of which cost us a lot of down time.?ÿ But one thing I can say about Carlson is this:?ÿ They quickly recognize their glitches, dive on them like hornets, and fix the hell out of them.?ÿ ?ÿI am extraordinarily happy with every Carlson product I have ever used for probably going on 30 years, including the BRx7 with its Survyeor2 data collector.?ÿ Also, Carlson has so few glitches.?ÿ ?ÿI have had good luck with Trimble too.?ÿ
