First thing the County has to do is to contact there representatives in US Congress and get the Coast Guard to get its CORS in Alma to be a reliable contributor to any GPS work. That CORS is within Buffalo County, but is not acting reliably. Wisconsin has a definite lack of CORS. Then their GPS receiver can be put to regular use.
