Yeah, while I have never heard Kent speaking, one word quickly comes to mind, monotone.

If this is along the lines of Pawn Stars or Dog the Bounty Hunter then there would need to be a lot of action with neighbors and clients and so on. That would seem to call for a busy urban surveyor. Most of the rural stuff would be too boring unless they paid the neighbors to interact with the Surveyor.

Maybe something along the lines of the Holmes on Homes TV show.

If you haven't seen it, Mike Holmes is a residential General Contractor who only takes on projects where he has to tear apart and fix the mistakes of other contractors. Sort of like Kent but with coveralls.
