Street Width

Paul,

I believe the 2 radii shown would indicate to me the width to be 25 feet. 93.08-68.08= 25.00. Of course, that may just be coincidence that the two curves show those numbers.

there are placed in the City of Sacramento where there is nothing to reject 😉

Hard to reject something that doesn't exist.

The width is 25 feet. I made a note about the discrepancy under my 'surveyor comments' section. The 3 foot difference in half widths *could* be the reason that the city spike at the PRC is so far off.

Another possibility for the spike being off is the math error in Lot 80 which may not have been caught by the PC setting that spike.

The redeeming monument for this one area was the cut cross at the north corner of lot 79. It matches a record position of my calculated position of the PRC by, yep, 0.04'. It's always nice to find something that supports our survey decisions.
